Design Lotus showcases stationery and art available exclusively through Minted. Personalization, purchases, printing, shipping and order support take place on Minted’s website and are subject to Minted’s policies. This website does not process purchases or payment details.

Information you provide

The Contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and related follow-up. Please do not include payment details or other sensitive information in your message.

Storage and retention

Contact form submissions are stored in Squarespace. If you email Design Lotus or receive an email reply, that correspondence is stored in Google Workspace. Messages may remain in these services until they are manually removed; there is no automatic deletion schedule. Information may be retained for ongoing correspondence, necessary business records, or legal obligations. You can ask about or request removal of your information using the privacy contact below.

Website usage and cookies

This site uses Squarespace hosting and analytics, including its activity log, and Google Analytics to understand visits and website use.
